À propos de ce cours

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

AI for Trainers is a practical course for corporate trainers, facilitators, L&D professionals, HR trainers, online instructors, coaches, and training coordinators who want to use AI to support professional training without replacing trainer judgment, learner protection, or quality standards.

The course moves from AI foundations and tool selection into prompt writing, repeatable training workflows, no-code and low-code automation concepts, and responsible implementation. You will learn how AI can support lesson and session planning, facilitator notes, learner materials, activities, quizzes, communication, documentation, feedback analysis, reporting, and follow-up.

Across five sections and five long-form lectures, you will explore:

  • AI foundations for training design, delivery, learner support, evaluation, and productivity.
  • Structured prompting for lesson plans, activities, quizzes, learner messages, speaking notes, and training reports.
  • Repeatable workflows for planning, documentation, communication, feedback, and follow-up.
  • Practical automation concepts for low-risk repetitive training tasks, with review checkpoints and human approval.
  • Responsible AI practice covering privacy, learner data, bias, accuracy, copyright, governance, and implementation planning.

The course includes downloadable summaries, quizzes, checklists, workflow resources, and implementation materials that support practical application. The emphasis is on review-ready outputs that a trainer can assess, improve, and approve before use.

No AI or coding experience is required. You need basic computer and browser skills, internet access, and a willingness to practice with fictional, anonymized, or appropriately authorized training information. Some third-party AI tools may offer free or paid plans; check their current terms before using them.

Use AI as a support tool rather than a substitute for professional judgment. Verify important facts, calculations, sources, and assessment content; protect confidential learner or client information; and keep a human review step before using AI-generated material in live training or business-critical decisions.

By the end of the course, you will have a practical framework for using prompts, workflows, automation, and responsible AI controls in professional training while keeping the trainer accountable for quality and learner outcomes.
