AI for Coaches is a practical course for coaches who want to use artificial intelligence as a support tool without replacing professional judgment, empathy, confidentiality or the human coaching relationship. The course moves from AI foundations and prompt writing into repeatable coaching workflows, no-code and low-code automation, and responsible implementation.
You will learn how AI can support coaching preparation, session planning, client communication, worksheets, reflection exercises, follow-up messages, documentation, content planning and day-to-day business operations. The course also shows how to move beyond isolated prompts and build structured workflows for onboarding, coaching sessions, accountability, reporting and client support.
Across five sections and five long-form lectures, you will explore:
- Practical AI foundations for modern coaching and common coaching use cases.
- Structured prompts for session planning, worksheets, goal setting, research and client communication.
- Repeatable workflows for onboarding, documentation, follow-up, content planning and productivity.
- No-code and low-code automation concepts, AI agents, forms, spreadsheets, email workflows and review checkpoints.
- Responsible AI use, including privacy, confidentiality, consent, bias, hallucinations, accuracy checks, governance and human approval.
The course is designed to be accessible to coaches without a technical background. No coding or previous AI experience is required. You need basic computer skills, internet access and a willingness to practice with AI tools using fictional, anonymized or appropriately authorized information.
This is a practical coaching-support course, not a replacement for professional coaching expertise or professional judgment. Learners should verify important outputs, protect confidential client information and keep a human review step before using AI-generated material in client-facing or business-critical work.
By the end of the course, you will have a clearer framework for using prompts, workflows and automation responsibly in your coaching practice while keeping the coach in control of decisions and client relationships.
